Once the appropriate method is determined, we install it via in-person workshops focused on live deals. At this level, Holden offers Power Base® Compete Strategy and Power Base® Selling, as well as the efox Opportunity Manager software.
Phase 2
Ensure Adoption
To ensure adoption, sales leaders and managers are taught how to coach the methodology. Holden offers Power Base® Compete Sales Manager Coaching and Power Base® Deal Coaching, plus the FOX-IN-A-BOX Video Series for managers and the Power-Up Audio Series to keep selling principles top-of-mind for sellers.
Phase 3
Reinforce Adoption
To promote the long-term sustainability of your sales improvement, we reinforce the entire process through the appropriate executive engagement and the ongoing support of Holden's responsive, knowledgeable professional staff. At this level, Holden offers Power Base® Compete Reinforcers, with emphasis on Value, Politics or Strategy, depending on the need of the team.
Phase 4
Expand Capability
For sales professionals achieving high levels of results, Holden helps expand their capability by offering Power Base® Compete Account Strategy and Power Base® Compete Territory Strategy.
