The Practice brings a wealth of personal experience, over 35-years of search experience alone, to each assignment and yet has virtually no off-limits issues.

The Executive Search Practice was conceived and developed in early 2006 and launched in 2007 as a response to clients asking for help with recruiting key executive leadership positions.

Our clients span a variety of industries, from the world's largest and most successful companies to mid-market businesses, start-ups and private equity backed ventures.

We operate out of offices in North America, Europe and India and have resources and capabilities to conduct searches in most countries around the world.
